Description

CC-1000 is a specially formulated, ultra lightweight, cement based, polymer-modified, dry powder material with increased flexibility and durability ideal for the production of pre-coated moldings.

Application

Ensure molding is undamaged, clean, dry and adhesive fiberglass mesh has been applied throughout. Correct any building or inconsistencies in the mesh. Using an electric mixer with a clean paddle, mix adding potable water until desired consistency for optimal workability. Spread CC-1000 uniformly over the molding, removing all excess. Allow to cure in a warm, dry enviroment away from direct sunlight for at least 24 hours.

Shelf Life

12 months if properly stored.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry area above ground. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures surpassing 100°F (38°C)
